About who needs care: My Grandfather John is at a point in his life where he is relatively independent and not at risk of injuring himself, but he needs help with some daily life tasks, such as: remembering to take his AM and PM medications; running errands to get food for meals; successfully making a nutritious breakfast, lunch and dinner; light housekeeping; taking trips to doctor's appointments. Services needed include: transportation to the doctor's and grocery store. Picking up prepared meals from Cafe Santosha. Administering AM and PM medications. Serving pre-prepared breakfast/dinner. Doing and folding laundry. Medical Conditions: John has had Crohn's disease and has multiple accidents a week. He cleans himself, but needs help laundering.
