Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Washington

About who needs care: Both of my parents, who live with me. My mom is basically immobile. My dad is her primary caretaker but his health is now suffering. My mom wakes up, goes to her chair, back and forth in a potty next to her. My dad tries to do normal day-to-day, but he really needs to quit. About the care needs: They need to have an open, somewhat sarcastic feeling. They will need to be able to assist with lifting. I would suggest probably female Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
