His health is declining and needs assistance (full lift) getting in/out of bed, to/from the toilet, in/out of chair, bathing, etc. About the care needs: Someone who has experience with lifting (mostly full lift) and providing mobility assistance, ideally anyone who has had experiencing caring for someone on hospice whose health is declining. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
