Companion Care Needed In Warminster

I am looking for some help with my 96-year-old grandmother approx. 3 days a week to start. She's still in great health, but her short-term memory is slipping. I'm looking for someone who can "be her friend" ie: help her w/ breakfast & lunch, make sure she gets to her dr appt's on time, light house duties/occasional errands, and just overall someone who can be there as a listening ear & keep her company. She generally likes to nap in the afternoon, so you'd have some downtime too! Times will vary depending on when she has dr appts, but I can help coordinate schedules. To start, I'm hoping for the following: - Every other Monday (I go down bi-weekly on Mondays) - Every Thursday & Friday Potential for full time work Monday-Friday, but I have only been able to convince her to 2-3 days to start.
