About who needs care: Parkinsons disease- balance problems atrial fibrillation/congestive heart failure Arthritis Mild Short term memory problems - She is a Christian lady who was very active in church when in better health. She would like to do some baking, walking daily with walker /rollator and physical therapy exercises. She enjoys talking with family on the phone and having a job to do - folding laundry, straightening her things. She wants to do more like vacuuming, laundry and dishwashing/load dishwasher but really is not able to do safely due to her balance problems. About the care needs: Friendly, pleasant, easy to talk to and patient. Needs to be strong enough to lift 145 lb woman if she falls. May occasionally need to drive mom to some local appointments Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
