About who needs care: Hiring: Experienced Elder Caregiver for Weekend & Fill-In Shifts We are seeking a reliable, compassionate caregiver with preferably nursing experience to provide for my elderly parent. Ideal candidates should have experience managing fall risks, assisting with daily activities, and providing overall support with warmth and professionalism. Job Responsibilities: Weekend Care & Fill-in Weekday Shifts (6-8 hour shifts) Support with fall risk management and personal safety Errand running (grocery shopping, appointments, etc.) Meal preparation according to dietary needs Companionship to keep clients engaged and comfortable Assistance with catheter care, including a leg bag Qualifications: Prior experience in elder care or nursing is required Ability to work weekends and flexible weekday shifts Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor Comfortable with assisting with catheter care Compensation: $20 - $30 per hour, based on experience Flexible schedule and shift availability Location: Factoryville PA Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
