About who needs care: Min assist with adls , contact guard for mobility, min cognitive deficits. Weakness basically eats, sits in chair does puzzles mostly sleep About the care needs: Patient is not very talkative mainly watches TV sleeps most of day gets up 9 a.m. breakfast sleep until noon 1 lunch then sleep until dinner at 5. Bed at , 8. I prefer 24/7 supervision for safety. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
