Showering, Cooking, Cleaning Help For A Lively 84 Year Old In Swarthmore

My mother-in-law had a stroke and has mostly recovered but still struggles with dizziness and instability, especially in the morning. She lives on her own and uses a walker, but is independent with toileting and dressing. We need a hands-on caregiver to spend time with her in the mornings, primary job will be meal preparation, light housekeeping/laundry, and assisting with safety in the shower. If you are able to drive her to occasional appointments, that would also be helpful. Looking for two people to split the week so she can have help 7 days a week. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
