Companion Care Needed For 9/26

About who needs care: I apologize for the short notice but I am needing someone for tomorrow Friday 9/26 for the hours of 2-6 p.m. at his home in the Stone bridge development State College . Jim is mostly self sufficient however he was released from the hospital and still considered a fall risk. He wears a fall detection and medi alert pendant if something were to happen however I would feel much better if someone were in the house with him. The only thing you might have to help with would be helping him change his adult incontinence briefs he were not able to make it to the bathroom in time. Normally that is not the case. He does use his rollator walker for getting around the house. Thank you, George
