Looking for someone around to help with our Gram with house chores like laundry, make the bed, help make food like hard boiled eggs, soup, or tuna salad, ensure she is safe and assist with showering, and lower body dressing. Clean and dress small pressure injury on her foot. Possibly pick up prescriptions for her. She has had quite a few falls and doesn't feel safe doing things alone. She uses a rollator for mobility, manages her oral medications, needs reminders to check sugars and take insulin also change her dexcom g7 when needed. The companionship of just having someone around when we cannot be there. Help getting outside on nice days. She has diabetic neuropathy so isn't good on her feet for long periods About the care needs: Someone who is good at starting conversation, she loves a good chat, home health experience. Services needed include: meal preparation, light housekeeping assistance, and bathing / dressing supervision and lower body assistance, possibly transport to appts.
