Care For My 86-year-old Mom

My mom is 86 years old with some dementia and in hospice care at my home. I work remotely some days where I would just need half-day support and also have days when I need to be in the city and need daylong caregiving. The ideal candidate will be able to cover the more flexible half-day slots and/or be interested in a steady 2-3 days per week of full day care. Please know this is a tentative schedule and I'm happy to work with the right candidate to define a schedule that works for us both. Also, I do not expect one person to cover the full schedule I shared, so if you are interested in some but not all of the hours please do reach out. Care includes attentiveness to mom through companionship activities, light physically therapy to support mobility in her arms/legs (gentle extension exercises while seated), meal prep and feeding, changing, light household chores, going to the mall for entertainment if/when possible. Spanish-speaker a plus, dog lover a must. COVID vaccinated preferred.
