About who needs care: Looking for help with my mother. She struggles with anxiety and depression. History of alcoholism. Tends to seclude herself at home 99% of the time unless my dad drives her places. She has a rotator cuff tear and her first repair surgery didn't work. She's looking at another surgery. My dad works full time and can't keep up with taking care of her as well as working and taking care of the house. About the care needs: Someone compassionate and patient. She has memory issues and needs reminders often. Someone okay with dogs. They have four friendly dogs. They need someone who can help drive her to appointments so my dad doesn't have to take off work to do so. Someone who is willing to help with household tasks like dishes, laundry, sweeping, etc. She likes art. Specifically painting watercolor art but hasn't been able to because of her shoulder Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
