Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Pittsburgh

About who needs care: Uses walker to get around daily. His underlying conditions are arthritis of knees and arthritis in spine and neck that makes him stand crooked. He is having knee replacement mid April. I, his sister, am staying with him week 1 but need help with him the second week so I can run to store and go home to walk my dog. My brother loves to read and watch movies, he will be structured with PT, exercises, walking in the hallway, and elevating his leg plus icing his knee. About the care needs: My brother is a very nice guy. Always has lived alone so he is not much of a talker. May need to go back to bed using his walker for a nap if he is tired mid-day. Does use a urinal without issue when he is in bed so careworker needs to be comfortable with emptying that. I would like someone who is willing to keep him on schedule as he does his own exercises- He can do them without assistance. When he is sitting up will need to keep leg elevated and use ice packs regularly for pain control. May need a snack while I Am gone. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
