We are seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to be a part of our team, joining us in our mission of providing attentive, one-one-one non-medical in-home support services, enhancing seniors' lives, one day at a time. We are looking for experienced caregivers, home care aides, personal care assistants or direct support professionals but are accepting individuals such as retirees, college students and stay-at-home parents that may not have the experience but want a fulfilling vocation. An In-Home Caregiver can be one of the most important and rewarding careers, allowing you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes. Responsibilities: - Personal Care Assistance: Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support. - Companionship & Socialization: Engage clients in meaningful conversations, activities, and outings to promote emotional well-being. - Light Housekeeping & Meal Prep: Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation. - Medication Reminders: Help clients manage their medications, ensuring they take the right medications at the right time. - Document Care Services: Keep accurate records of client care activities and report any changes in condition. Qualifications - Experience: Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but we're also willing to train individuals with a genuine passion for helping others. - Empathy & Compassion: A caring heart and the ability to connect with people in a meaningful way. - Reliability: Transportation, dependability, punctuality and trustworthiness. - Physical Stamina: Ability to assist with physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, and providing mobility support. - PA Department of Health requires passing of a criminal background check, a tuberculosis (TB) check report and providing verifiable references. - Valid Automobile Insurance and Driver's License (Preferred) - Certifications (Preferred)
