We are seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to be a part of our team, joining us in our mission of providing attentive, one-one-one non-medical in-home support services, enhancing seniors' lives, one day at a time.
We are looking for experienced caregivers, home care aides, personal care assistants or direct support professionals but are accepting individuals such as retirees, college students and stay-at-home parents that may not have the experience but want a fulfilling vocation.
An In-Home Caregiver can be one of the most important and rewarding careers, allowing you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes. At our agency, we acknowledge and respect the demands, and high-quality caregivers require and provide. The manner in which we want our clients to be taken care of, our mission is to do the same for all of our In-Home Caregivers too.

Responsibilities:
- Personal Care Assistance: Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
- Companionship & Socialization: Engage clients in meaningful conversations, activities, and outings to promote emotional well-being.
- Light Housekeeping & Meal Prep: Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
- Medication Reminders: Help clients manage their medications, ensuring they take the right medications at the right time.
- Document Care Services: Keep accurate records of client care activities and report any changes in condition.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but we're also willing to train individuals with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Empathy & Compassion: A caring heart and the ability to connect with people in a meaningful way.
- Reliability: Transportation, dependability, punctuality and trustworthiness.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to assist with physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, and providing mobility support.
- PA Department of Health requires passing of a criminal background check, a tuberculosis (TB) check report and providing verifiable references.
- Valid Automobile Insurance and Driver's License (Preferred)
- Certifications (Preferred)
