Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Pittsburgh

About who needs care: My dad is 96 but very very independent. Up until a fall he had last week he was doing his own cooking, cleaning, laundry, housework. The fall has left him weak though and it is not safe for him to live alone so looking for help with daily living activities while he regains his strength. About the care needs: Interests include golf and most sports. My dad is very independent by nature so it will be hard for him to accept help. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
