Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Pittsburgh

About who needs care: I am an 82 yo female. I am an insulin dependent diabetic and a recent diagnosis of Parkinsons . I also have lymphedema. I live in my home with my husband and my son. My mobility isn't great, I get around the house in a transfer chair. I am in need of light housekeeping, personal care , and meal prep. Im also in need of transportation to my doctor appointments or to grocery stores. About the care needs: I am looking for a middle aged female , with some medical background and a Drivers license. Possibly a Cna. I prefer them to live in south hills area , so its a manageable daily commute . Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
