Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Pittsburgh

About who needs care: My mom has dementia, and my dad is caring for her at home. He is unable to get her to do any personal hygiene. He has been unsuccessful convincing her that she needs to bathe and change her clothes. Currently, she has been in the same clothes for almost 2 weeks, and we have no idea when she bathed last. She also needs help brushing her teeth. I have been unable to get her to bathe as well. We need help at this point. About the care needs: We would be grateful for any type of help. She is a very pleasant woman that likes to laugh. Anyone with an easy-going and silly personality would work! Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
