Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Pittsburgh

About who needs care: Difficulty walking and lots of arthritic pain. Difficulty with constipation. No real hobbies. I think if my father can get help with having someone get groceries for him, clean his house and also help with meal prep that would be ideal. About the care needs: I believe a woman maybe in the age range of 50-65 would be good. If they can do some cooking that would be great! The ability to drive is important to help my dad with groceries. No need on hobbies or interests. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
