About who needs care: My mom is in need of transportation to and from a wound care place facility. She is currently unable to move without some assistance, so would need a wheelchair to get around. Additionally, she cannot walk up or down stairs, so would require special equipment to assist with getting into and out of the house. Overall, she suffers from a series of conditions ranging from diabetes to various heart conditions. About the care needs: Ideally, my mom would work well with someone who is extremely patient and communicative. Due to her memory not being 100% all the time, she easily forgets and needs to be reminded about things. My mom is also considered obese, so would require someone who is strong and can help her up and out of a wheelchair Services needed include: transportation.
