Care Needed For Brother In Philadelphia

Seeking hands-on care near Philadelphia for my loved one in their 60s. He is 67 years old and has cirrhosis of the liver, and is waiting for a liver transplant. If he misses medication doses, he gets hepatic encephalopathy and ends up in the hospital. This job will include checking to make sure he has taken his medication and talking to him to look for basic signs of encephalopathy (slurred speech, inability to communicate). He will also need someone to take him on errands (to get blood work done, doctor visits, bank, grocery store, etc) from time to time. He will have caregivers coming out 2-3 days per week through PCA so this job will fill in those gaps in days. Most days you will only be needed for an hour but some days longer if he needs help getting to appointments or running errands.
