Does not have a car. And no reliable means to get her to and from dialysis. About the care needs: She had a transportation service but her insurance days she can get around with a walker (per a PT nurse who said she could get to her stairs and back with a walker. She still does her own feeding and has some who does her shopping and laundry and cleaning. Services needed include: transportation.
