About who needs care: Yes I have under lying conditions. I need help with cooking, getting my shirt on socks and shoes on. I can't make it to toilet I have to use commode. I'm not mobility enough to do the things I love. I would like my day only to what I used to do. The strength to clean or rearrange anything I can't do anymore. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
