About who needs care: Diabetes, but managed well. Some instability walking (uses a walker/cane when out) but generally very mobile. Trained fine artists (painter). Enjoys intellectual pursuits. Mostly household tasks--unloading dishwasher, changing sheets, accompanying on shopping trips and help carrying/unloading groceries, light dusting/vacuuming, wipe down bathroom after shower. About the care needs: Someone who is very gentle and careful and willing to listen to directions. At the same, they should be proactive to get things done once a routine has been established. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
