Seeking Part Time Care For My Bedridden Dad

I need a senior care provider with experience. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing, he is incontinent and needs to have his diaper changed but we will make sure he is catheterized. He is paralyzed from the waist down and cannot move his legs or turn in bed and will need physical help moving to facilitate bathing and dressing. He is on a low sodium diet because he is in stage 4 kidney disease. I will have all his food prepared in the fridge, so it just needs to be warmed up. If there is time it would be nice to sometimes get out of bed in his Hoyer lift to his motorized wheelchair and go outside while the weather is nice. My mom has early Alzheimer's and can be difficult about trying to give him space and leave the house. I work upstairs and I'm always home and will assist with anything needed.
