Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Philadelphia

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in Philadelphia. Assistance with hygiene, is one of our requirements. Personal care required, including maybe a breakfast or lunch meal. Mother is not mobile right now, having a break in her femur. Getting more PT once she gets out of rehab, so it would be some bed pan and diapers until she can stand and walk w/ walker. Two days a week at the least for 3 or more hours each visit. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
