About who needs care: He is bed ridden. He needs his brief changed daily 3 times and if necessary his bedding changed while he's in the bed. A quick check on what he ate for the day, if meds have been taken. Lastly empty Foley catheter. About the care needs: He's needs a-kind person with the knowledge of safely changing his brief (diaper) while he is laying in hospital bed. Keeping his dignity at this point is my goal. He has dementia and is confused at times at other times he's witty. He never complains or asks for anything. He needs basic needs to assist my mother care for him and avoid a nursing home. Changing him is my primary concern and making sure is clean and comfortable in his bed. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
