Looking for a CNA or LPN to assist with our wonderful and sweet mother who is going down the dementia trail and needing a proactive, smart, compassionate, loving and able to communicate well with the family caregiver. She is pretty competent, active and independent, but needs more help and monitoring now with: Medication Prompting, Errands / Shopping, Transportation and scheduling Dr apts.
