I'm a 56-year-old ALS patient who is looking for some supplemental nighttime care to my existing caregiver. Right now, I would be very interested in establishing supplemental care for for a couple of nights a week to give my caregiver a bit of a break. However, as my condition progresses, and I need more help, I would very much like to establish a relationship with additional caregivers. This way, when the time comes, I can move forward with people that I already know and who already know me.
