Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In New Wilmington

About who needs care: Needs personal care-daily living activities care and has dementia. In hospital now with lung problem, will go to rehab facility before going home. Will need some help for my father to take care of her. About the care needs: Caring, funny, but also able to tell my mother what she needs to do, in simple, short steps, due to dementia. May need help doing daily living activities. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
