Client has 2 small Maltese that don't require care except to let outside. About the care needs: Client is an independent person and may need prompted to ask for help. Client is alert and oriented x 3 and will voice her concerns and opinions. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
