Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In New Cumberland

About who needs care: My elderly (93 yr. old) Mother who's in relatively excellent health is restricted to "in home (Bed / Wheel Chair)" restrictions and unable to utilize bathroom facilities, therefore she's dependent upon incontinence wear and needs basic, routine morning cleansing and change of such,.. also the need to apply compression bandages when needed,.. she has issues with fluid retention that's monitored. Additionally, occasional light soapy, wash cloth bathing is essential as well. This has been the basic routine from her present home health care provider since her discharge from a local rehab / nursing facility this past November. My current issue / problem has become a sudden unreliability of our home care provider who has incurred some personal issues of her own, thus my immediate need for the essential requirements that I've described. I, as her son can manage all other living needs, just not the type that I'll simply regard as "nursing",.. changing her incontinence wear. What I'm seeking is "Home Health Care" of the basic needs that I've outlined and also accepts my Mothers "Geisinger Health Ins. Advantage Plan",.. it's my understanding that it will pay up to approx. 80% of such care. I'd also like to potentially keep my present care giver (as a sign-on) if possible,.. it's my understanding that this is acceptable by certain agencies, but again, she is presently incurring some personal issues, thus my urgent call out at present time,.. this is MOST URGENT!!! About the care needs: ... just simply "comprehensive detail" regarding the basic assignment that I've described. Certainly personable congeniality is appreciated,.. both my Mother and myself are quite easy going and talkative. Again, my wish is that I could hopefully retain my current care giver as a potential "sign on" with whomever I retain,.. she's highly professional and has previously worked with recognized agencies Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
