About who needs care: Two masses on brain Parkinsons Vascular dementia Alzheimers Cognitive and comprehension issues Needs help with bathing Sometimes needs help walking with walker Needs help taking medications About the care needs: Easy going, let things roll off back, she has paranoia issues Needs to be able to possibly help her get around when she has trouble walking ( she also she forgets to use walker) We have a medical alert system but she wont use Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
