Hands-on Care Needed For In-laws In Mechanicsburg

I need a hands-on care provider experience for in-laws in Mechanicsburg. Mobility assistance, bathing/bathroom, meal assistance. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with cats and has home health aid experience. Mother-in-law recovering from knee surgery. Otherwise active. When she is traveling for her craft business, help is needed for my father-in-law who has neuropathy and trouble walking, getting around the house, taking care of the cats and making himself meals. Amount of time needed may vary per week.
