About the job
About who needs care: We are going out of town for a wedding and I just need someone to stop in to assist with putting shoes on and assist with mealtime and possible getting ready for bed. My Mother is self sufficient in that she can bath and dress herself and and she has no cognitive issues. She was in a traumatic accident years ago and has minimal use of both of her arms which is why she needs some assistance. She uses a cane to help with balance when walking. SHe is home alone during the day now when I am at work I usually go home around 10 a.m. to get her breakfast and put her shoes on. Then after work I assist with dinner and getting her into bed. This is what she is used to. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
