Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Mars

I need senior caregiver to provide assistance with feeding, companionship and oversight of care for my dad who moved into a nursing home facility in September. The staff at the facility administer his medications, change and bath him etc but I feel he needs additional oversight during the day to ensure his safety and comfort. The caregiver would mainly provide companionship, but also prompt staff if needs pain medication, diaper changed and have staff use hoyer lift to get him into his wheelchair if he's feeling up to getting out of bed - which isn't often right now. He differs from mild dementia (he lived in a memory care facility prior to this) but is very pleasant and has a good sense of humor.
