Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Malvern

We need companion care to take care of my mother in Malvern. Responsibilities include meal preparation (reheating). We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with a dog. We have one small dog that requires diaper changes as my mother is unable to do this properly while I'm at work. My mother is mobile with a cane and stair glides, dresses/undresses herself, and able to feed herself. Her lunch and dinner must be assembled for her. She needs assistance managing her walk-in bath (weekly with companion). She uses hearing aids that require weekly cleaning. I would prefer someone that will try to keep her engaged (talking, exercises, etc.) and not just allow her to sit in front of the TV during the entire shift. She has dementia; but she is very agreeable.
