Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Lititz

About who needs care: My Dad had a double lung transplant in October 2018 and has developed a form of dementia over the past 2 years. He needs help with creating routines that are easy to remember. I addition, my mom has rheumatoid arthritis and is very weak. She is unable to handle heavy things and needs help with chores around that house that my Dad used to do for her. They both are not as active as they should be, and I would like them to take more walks and/or become involved with an activity that provides them physical health benefits. About the care needs: Calm & caring. Funny. It would be good if they experience with people with dementia/memory loss. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
