Hands-on Care Needed For My Wife In Levittown

I need a hands-on care provider for my 62-year-old wife who has Ataxia and is wheelchair bound. She needs assistance with medication, bathing, eating and using the bathroom. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Duties include providing some companionship. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. I generally care for my wife but need someone as needed for when I am away or traveling. Open to stay over as needed, once or twice yearly.
