About who needs care: The patient has Parkinson's Disease. His wife lives with him but she is no longer able to provide the necessary care by herself. About the care needs: Female caregiver is preferred. Patient is a veteran and a licensed Christian minister. Caregiver must be able to operate a sit-to-stand lift. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
