Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Lancaster

My grandmother lives in a duplex single story home. We are looking for a live-in, trustworthy person to assist her with basic needs and appointments, etc. Person must be positive and energetic. She is showing signs of confusion. Provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Medication management is required. Some light tidying up is involved. Some help needed with bathing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. We ask that you handle transportation as needed.
