About the job
I am a 52-year-old female with progressive MS in a power wheelchair. I am seeking a self-starting, compassionate, flexible, and reliable caregiver to assist me in my home . This is an overnight asleep position with availability currently for Tuesday evenings into Wednesday days until 1:30 p.m. I have a guest room and a shared bathroom for my caregiver. I am in need of assistance with light to moderate housekeeping, hygiene/grooming, laundry, mobility, meal preparation, transfers using a standing lift/manual assistance, transportation to and from church and appointments, running errands (mileage reimbursement), organization, and companionship.
