Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Jersey Shore

About who needs care: My father is currently in rehab after breaking his hip, but isn't making a lot of progress with his recovery. He has some signs of dementia, but both he and my mom, who will also be assisting him, would like for him to come home. We will need more help than just my mother can provide, so someone to help with bathing, sitting with him when my mom goes out, etc. Flexible schedule is fine, but good communication and reliability are a must. About the care needs: We're still figuring out what this might look like, but someone patient and kind, and strong (my father is a big guy: 200lbs and 6'). Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
