About the job
Wednesdays- 5p-10p, Saturdays and Sundays-7a-3:15p (they may be flexible on these hours if needed) The participant is 23-year-old male with Cerebral Palsy. He is non-verbal and needs max assist with all tasks. He lives with his mother and father. He has had episodes of biting and scratching himself and occasionally attempting to do the same to others. He would need a motivated and understanding caregiver. They currently have an agency, however they have been sending multiple caregivers who don't fully understand English and have no training in CPR. His mother is concerned that they do not fully understand how to care for the participant. She would also prefer a caregiver who may have some experience with patients with seizures.
