About who needs care: He's diabetics and he also needs to watch out for sodium level due to his heart condition. He's mostly independent himself, including taking bath, eating, and everything. He needs a recurring homecare giver that instruct and help him with Milrinone infusion for his heart condition. About the care needs: Please be considerate about his condition as he's at the end stage of his illness. He has mild dementia due to cardiac arrest, so he tends to repeat and ask the same questions sometimes. I don't really have any requirements for the caregiver, just be patient with my parent is all I needed.
