About who needs care: I have no family in the area, so it is difficult for me to go to medical appointments where I am unable to drive home. This occurs 2 or 3 times a year. I am looking for transportation to and from these appointments. There would be wait time as well. I have no problem if we use my car. About the care needs: Dependability is key. I will be relying on my caregiver to show up for even early departures. I have one doctor in the South Hills and it's a good 50 minutes just to get there. A good driving record is also important. If using my car, I can drive to the appointment, but the caregiver will need to drive me home. Services needed include: transportation.
