Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Greentown

My mother has rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis. She is struggling with a broken back at the moment and needs care throughout the day and possibly night while my sister is at work (I unfortunately live in CA and am unable to help in person). She would need help getting to and from the bathroom, with chores and basic tasks such as cooking. We have a dog that would also need care during the day, maybe just 1 or 2 walks at most, so someone comfortable with dogs is very much a plus! I am flexible with pay for the right person and need someone reliable who is able to care for my mother when I sadly cannot. Thank you! Services needed include: possible transportation (running to the pharmacy or to the doctors), meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
