Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Gibsonia

About who needs care: Currently Non ambulatory and Incontinent. Hearing loss and almost blind in one eye. The aide would give meds and attend to personal care on arrival, change briefs and use bed pan for #2 as needed, give her lunch, then afternoon meds and bed pan before you leave. Keep her clean! Bed baths 2/3 times a week. She listens to books on tape, you may have to rearrange things for her to reach it. She is not looking for companionship, just care. So there will be a lot of idle time for you. Ideally I would like someone from 10-2 then 5-9. 5-9 would be the same needs with dinner and meds. Meds will be organized in pill boxes, just need to give them to her. She just wants to be home instead of the nursing home. I am trying to make that happen for her. About the care needs: Someone who is reserved/ laid back and not loud and boisterous. They would need to be able to help mom get in a wheelchair IF she ever wanted to. Mom does have some interest in birds, flowers and gardens and used to do a lot of different crafts Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
