Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Erie

Seeking care for 80-year-old patient with Parkinson's and Lewy Body Dementia with degenerative disc disease. Patient does sometimes experience hallucinations and executive functioning and processing issues so needs assistance 24/7. Patient is ambulatory with a walker but needs assistance getting in/out of his lift chair and bed. Patient can feed himself (but needs assistance in preparing/cutting food). Patient is independent with restroom use. Help with any shifts (including partial times) is desirable.
