Bathroom, gets ready for bed. Same routine for both days. About the care needs: Caring, pleasant, kind, considerate, patient Able to do some lifting, able to dress patient help with bathroom needs Patient in a wheelchair but is able to do some things on her own using right hand Uses hearing aids Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
