Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Elizabeth

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 90s. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with cats and CPR / first-aid trained. Father is partially paralyzed on one side. He needs assistance with dinner that will be provided. He needs help using the bedside toilet, getting from his wheel chair into bed and given his nighttime medications, Dad goes to bed between 5 and 6. Someone needs to be in the home for safety until we return between 10 and 11 p.m.
